About The Programme
Making Work Work – for Women Returners is the Challenges Group's award-winning women returners programme, co-designed and Programme Managed by Lynn Houmdi, Scotland's Flex Influencer 2022. We are delighted to have successfully won funding to support even more women in 2022/23 to make work work.
The programme supports women in Scotland looking to step back into the workplace after a career break. Your organisation could help us find these women or support them to find work and training opportunities. Your staff might like to mentor them, or to learn more about this unique and skilled pool of talent.
The women we work with are talented, skilled and enthusiastic. Most have management experience or aspirations. They are from across Scotland. Once they have taken part in our peer-led skills refresher programme, they are ready and raring to go into work commensurate with their skills, ambitions and potential.
